I have been in and around the Health and Fitness industry basically my whole life. I have run my own training business for the last 5 years. In that time I have strived to educate myself in all things health and fitness in an attempt to stay ahead of the game. It is this education that qualifies everything you read in this blog. I have had enough of false and misleading information being used by the mass media to harm people and I have had enough of government inaction on the state of Australias health.
